2007: Doctoral Degree: Interdisciplinary Studies, Science and Theology, Union Institute and University, Cincinnati.  Coursework: history and philosophy of science, theology and doctrinal development, cosmology, process theology, global community, current theories of complex systems dynamics, self-organization, non-equilibrium thermodynamics, and emergent phenomena.  Dissertation: A Model-Based Comparison of Emergent Complexity and Process Thought: Identifying and Assessing Consonance and Conflict. 

2001: Masters Degree: Interdisciplinary Studies, California State University, Fullerton.
